The Keefe Tech Library Mission is to support academic and vocational instruction by providing faculty and student access to a collection of print, non-print and electronic digital media, along with training and support that will promote efficient, responsible use of all available resources.
In addition,the library supports and promotes reading for personal satisfaction by providing a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction materials intended to engage our varied student body and faculty.
Magazines at Keefe Tech:
The library has two separate areas: A classroom setting and a study/circulation area with large tables and chairs.
The Classroom Area has a white board, room for 20 students, 10 desktops, 21 PC laptops, and a 15 Chromebooks cart.
The Study and Circulation areas have ample tables that can accommodate several different groups of students for studying and small group testing. .
The Independent Reading area is located in the middle and back of the library surrounding Mrs. Kane's desk.
The library books the Computer Lab (25 desktop computers) in room 215. Please email Mrs. Kane or call Ext. 350 to reserve this room.
Small Group Testing is done on a first come first served basis. In order to ensure a quiet space for everyone, faculty are asked to reserve a space ahead of time by emailing or calling Mrs. Kane, Ext. 350.
